Adjust Camera Settings This tutorial describes the basic steps involved in taking photos. 1 Choose exposure mode e. I button Press the I button and rotate the main command dial to select exposure mode e. The camera will automatically adjust shutter speed and aperture for s optimal exposure in most situations. Main command dial 2 Choose single frame release mode. Release mode dial lock release Hold the release mode dial lock release down and turn the release mode dial to S (single frame).
