Troubleshooting Problem Cause/Solution A Skin tones are not softened. • Under some shooting conditions, facial skin 50 tones may not be softened. • Use Skin softening in the playback menu for 77 pictures containing more than three faces. Select o (Backlight) scene mode or use fill flash. Adjust exposure compensation. When taking pictures with V (auto with red-eye reduction) or fill flash with slow sync and red-eye reduction in Night portrait scene mode, InCamera Red Eye Fix may be applied to areas not affected by red-eye.
