View Mode options You can customize how your phone handles digital and analog calls while outside your home area. When in analog mode, digital services such as caller ID may not be available. Depending on your service provider, the following options may be available: Option Description Digital pref. Both analog and digital networks are recognized. When digital service is not present, your phone switches to analog mode. Digital only Your phone is limited to making and receiving calls using the digital network. If a digital system is not available, No Service appears. Analog per Your phone switches to an available analog system until 12 call you complete your next call. When the call is complete, your phone reverts to Digital preferred. If you do not make or receive a call within a few minutes, your phone automatically reverts to Digital preferred. Analog only Your phone searches for an available analog system. If an analog system is not available, No Service appears. You can customize how your phone handles digital and analog calls while
outside your home area. When in analog mode, digital services such as
caller ID may not be available.
Depending on your service provider, the following options may be
available:
Restore settings from analog modes
Any analog settings you select using the System menu are reset to default
when you power your phone off and back on again.
Option
