Key Clip FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE The revolutionary TREKKER combines state-of-the-art technology with innovate design to provide you with a motivating and effective form of exercise in the convenience of your home. When the manual mode of the console is selected, the grade and speed of the TREKKER can be changed with a touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display continuous exercise feedback. You can even track your heart rate using the optional heart rate monitor (for information about the optional heart rate monitor, see page 19). The console also offers fifteen preset programs. Each preset program automatically controls the grade and speed of the TREKKER to simulate a hiking trail as it guides you through an effective workout.
