Arm and Seat Assembly 23. Open the parts bag labeled ÒARM AND SEAT ASSEMBLY.Ó Lubricate the flat surfaces of the four Large Bushings (87). Attach the Right and Left Press/Fly Arms (84, 85) to the Press Frame (12) with two 3/8Ó x 3Ó Carriage Bolts (46) and two 3/8Ó Nylon Jamnuts (63). Make sure to attach the Press/Fly Arms on the correct sides by noting the positions of the tabs. Press a 2Ó Round Inner Cap (74) and a 1Ó Round Inner Cap (90) into each Press/Fly Arm (84, 85). Wet the handle on each Press/Fly Arm (84, 85) with soapy water. Slide a Arm Grip (86) onto each handle. 23 87ÑLubricate 87ÑLubricate 46 12 63 Tab 46 90 85 63 84 74 86 90 74 24. Attach the Seat (13) to the Seat Upright (37) with four 1/4Ó x 3/4Ó Bolts (17). 24 Turn the Adjustment Knob (9) counterclockwise to loosen it. Pull out the Knob as far as possible and slide the Seat Upright (37) into the seat frame on the Main Upright (3). Release the Knob and let it snap into one of the adjustment holes in the Seat Upright. Tighten the Knob fully. 37 17 9 25. Attach the Backrest (41) to the Backrest Frame (15) 25 with four 1/4Ó x 3/4Ó Bolts (17). Press a 3/4Ó Round Inner Cap (34) into each end of 17 the pad tube on the Backrest Frame (15).
