8. Fees 8. Fees Fees are used to request cost burdens from the user according to the status of use. In the Print Job Accounting, fees can be defined in fine detail, such as the number of prints, print paper size, and length of possession. Note! The window and setting contents differ depending on the printer model. Creating fee charge definitions Creating a definition Start the server software. Select [Printer] menu > [Define Fees]. Enter the name of the definition to be created in [Name]. Click the tabs of the items that you want to set, and configure the settings. Page tab 8 Click [Add]. Memo The initial settings definition shows a rough guide to the running costs calculated from the standard prices of various consumables and the number of prints over the lifetime for each model. The fees for one print based on the the total number of prints and print pages can be set. In the print pages, color printing and monochrome printing and white/clear printing and white/clear only printing can be set separately.
