9. Operating the Log Immediately acquiring the log The log can be acquired immediately irrespective of the log acquisition schedule. Check that the printer power is ON. Start the server software. Double-click [Printer] in the selection window. The registered printer list is displayed in the list view of the details window. Select the printer, and then select the [Printer] menu > [Acquire a Log]. Memo Multiple printers can be selected. Notifying the printer of the time As some printer models do not have a built-in clock, the server software notifies the printer of the time every hour when the log is acquired. Therefore, when the printer power is turned OFF/ON, the time information cannot be logged until the printer is notified of the time. In this case, the time can be notified manually to the printer. The time notified to the printer is the time in the computer in which the server software is set up. Check that the printer power is ON. Start the server software. Double-click [Printer] in the selection window. Immediately acquiring the
log
The log can be acquired immediately

Check that the printer power is ON.
Start the server software.
Double-click [Printer] in the selection
window. The registered printer list is
displayed in the list view of the details
window.
Select the printer, and then select the
[Printer] menu > [Acquire a Log].

time
