Editing 6 Formatting SD cards and HDD Please be aware that if an SD card or HDD is formatted, then all the data recorded on the SD card or HDD will be erased. Back up important data on a PC, DVD disc etc. ∫ Formatting SD cards ¬ Set the mode dial to and set the [MEDIA SELECT] to [SD CARD] (l 41), or set to and select [ ] tab. (l 74) Select the menu.
