(Only for KV-S2045C/SU245C Series) (2) Remove the Exit Extension Tray. (See 8.2.10.) (Only for KV-S2045C/SU245C Series) (3) Push the ADF Door Release to open the ADF Door. (4) Remove the 2 screws (A) and screw (B). (5) Release the upper of the Side Cover (R) by pulling in the direction of the arrow (1), while pushing the back of the Cover in the direction of the arrow (2). (6) Unlock the 2 locking sections which are at the bottom of the unit. 32

Side Cover (R)

Remove the Feed Extension Tray. (See 8.2.9.)
(Only for KV-S2045C/SU245C Series)

Remove the Exit Extension Tray. (See 8.2.10.)
(Only for KV-S2045C/SU245C Series)

Push the ADF Door Release to open the ADF Door.
(4)
Remove the 2 screws (A) and screw (B).
(5)
Release the upper of the Side Cover (R) by pulling in the
direction of the arrow (1), while pushing the back of the
Cover in the direction of the arrow (2).
(6)
Unlock the 2 locking sections which are at the bottom of the
unit.
