Requirement After Parts Replacement KV-S2025C Series / KV-SU225C Series / KV-S2045C Series / KV-SU245C Series The following adjustments are required when a circuit board assembly or part is replaced. Replaced circuit board assembly or part CONTROL Board 1. Adjust Shading. Required adjustment STARTING POSITION SENSOR Board CIS (Front) 2. Adjust All Position. 3. Adjust Individual Position, manually as required. *1 1. Adjust Vertical Position (for Front and Back) and Length in Individual Position or adjust All Position. *1 1. Adjust Shading. 2. Adjust All Position or the following adjustment should be needed. a. Adjust Front Vertical Position in Individual Position. CIS (Back) b. Adjust Front Horizontal Position in Individual Position. *1 1. Adjust Shading. 2. Adjust All position or the following adjustment should be needed. a. Adjust Back Vertical Position in Individual Position. b. Adjust Back Horizontal Position in Individual Position. Sensor Roller (Front) 1. Adjust Shading. Sensor Roller (Back) 1. Adjust Shading. Drive Roller *1 1. Adjust Length in Individual Position or adjust All Position. Exit Roller *1 1. Adjust Length in Individual Position or adjust All Position. Adjust Sensor Sensitive Level. Note Before this execution, the following cleaning is needed. a. Waiting Sensor and its reflector sheet b. Starting Position Sensor and its reflector sheet c. Ending Sensor and its reflector sheet Note *1 When All Position is done, the setting values except for the value set in the Individual Position will be renewed. 79
