Operation Scanning Documents Notice • Make sure to remove paper clips and staples from documents before scanning. Failing to do so can damage the flatbed glass. • If the document is folded or creased, smooth it out before placing it on the flatbed glass. 1. Open the document cover (A). 1 2.
