Remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. Important: L Use only the rechargeable Panasonic battery noted on page 3. Attention: Note: L To ensure that the battery charges properly, clean the charge contacts of the handset and base unit with a soft, dry cloth once a month. Setting up the handset
Battery installation/replacement
Insert the battery plug into the connector
as shown in the picture. Then close the
handset cover.

If battery replacement is necessary,
press the notch of the handset cover and
slide it off. Remove the old battery and
replace it with a new one.
