If a Paper Jam Occurs The error message "Paper is jammed." is displayed on the TV screen or status monitor of the computer screen. Turn off the printer's power once and turn it back on again with both the paper cassette and ink 1 cassette still inserted. • Jammed paper will be ejected from the front panel or the rear panel . (Paper may be ejected from both the front panel and the rear panel .) Front panel Remove the paper from the front 2 panel or rear panel .
