Ÿ Make sure the printer is not set close to any game devices, stereo speakers or large format monitors, etc. • Are there any obstacles between the printer and the remote control? Ÿ Remove any obstacles that may be in the way. • Are you pointing the remote control at the remote control receiver on the printer? Ÿ Make sure that you are aiming the remote control at the printer's remote control receiver. • Is the battery used up? Ÿ Replace the battery with new one. Then select [Printer] ĺ [Cancel All Documents] (or [Purge Print Documents]). • Cannot start printing from the computer. • ERROR lamp on the printer is lit or blinking when printing from the computer. • Check the information displayed on the status monitor.
