cravats

valances
with
ease,
without
having
to
pre-iron
the
fabric
edges.
The
hemming
prevents
the
edges
from fraying
and
a
clean,
durable
edge
is
the
result.
—
Fold
the
beginning
of
the
fabric
edge
over
twice
(each
approx.
2
mm>.
—
Lay
the
folded
fabric
edge
underneath
the
hemmer
and
sew
a
few
stitches
with
the
straight
stitch
E.
Stitch
length
2.5
—
3
mm.
—
Leave
the
needle
in
the
fabric,
raise
the
presser
foot
and
insert
the
hemmer
foot
scroll
into
the
fabric.

Lower
the
presser
foot
and
guide
the

edge

care

Tip:
