Make sure that the Seat is level

8. Slide the Seat (22) onto the post on the Seat Carriage (3). Make sure that the Seat is level 8 and that the nose of the Seat is pointing 22 straight ahead. Then, tighten the two nuts (only one nut is shown) beneath the Seat (22). Nut 3 9. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the exercise bike. Note: Extra parts may be included. Place a mat beneath the exercise bike to protect the floor. 9
