Clearing LCD Error Messages Messages appear on the display of the control panel to indicate the machine's status or errors. Refer to the following table to understand the messages and correct the problem, if necessary. Messages and their meanings are listed in alphabetical order. Display Cancel ? 1:Yes 2:No [Comm. Error] CRU Fuse Error [Document Jam] [Door Open] Group Not Available Meaning Your machine's memory is full and cannot store the document into memory. The machine has a communication problem. The machine has a problem with recognizing the new toner cartridge. The loaded document has jammed in the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder). The front or rear cover is not securely latched. You have tried to select a group location number where only a single location number can be used, such as when adding locations for a broadcasting operation. Suggested solutions To cancel the fax job, press the 1 button to accept "Yes." If you want to send the pages that were stored, press the 2 button to accept "No." You should send the remaining pages later when memory is available. Ask the sender to try again. Please contact a service representative or re-install the catridge. Clear the document jam. See page 8.2. Close the cover until it locks into place.
