Making a Call from the Phonebook, Delete, Deleting all of the Phonebook, Entries

Touch and drag to the letter of the alphabet that matches the desired contact 5. When you locate the entry, Press the key to dial the number or touch: • Delete: allows you to delete the selected name and number from your Phonebook or delete multiple numbers. You are asked to confirm that you wish to delete the name and number by touching the Yes soft key. To cancel, touch the No soft key. Making a Call from the Phonebook Once you have stored phone numbers in the Phonebook, you can dial them easily and quickly by using the location numbers that were assigned to them. Note: If you cannot remember a location number, you must search the Phonebook to find an entry by name. For more information, refer to "Finding a Phonebook Entry" on page 51. Delete Important!: Once contact entries are deleted, they cannot be recovered. This option allows you to delete your contacts.
