Video Input Input Source Selection (INPUT 2 Terminal/HDCP, Component, Scart) Direct Operation INPUT button Choose Input 2 by pressing the INPUT button on the top control or on the remote control. Before using these buttons, correct input source should be selected through menu operation as described below. INPUT button Input 2 Input 1 Top Control Remote Control MENU SELECT INPUT Menu Operation 1 Select the Input Menu with the Point Up/Down button, and then press the Point Right button to enter the sub-menu. Input Menu 2 Select Input 2 with the Point Up/Down button and then press the Point Right button. The Source Select Menu will appear. 3 Move the pointer to the source that you want to select and then press the SELECT button. INPUT button RGB (AV HDCP) When the input source compatible with HDCP is coming from video equipment through the DVI ter- minal, select RGB (AV HDCP). Component When the input source is coming from video equipment connected to the DVI terminal with a Component-DVI Cable, select Component. RGB (Scart) When the input source is coming from video equipment connected to the DVI terminal with a Scart-DVI Cable, select RGB (Scart). NOTE G HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) is a system for protecting digital entertainment content delivered by DVI (Digital Visual Interface) from being copied. The specification of HDCP is decided and controlled by Digital Content Protection, LLC. Should the specification be changed, this projector may not display the digital content protected by HDCP. G Component-DVI Cable and Scart-DVI Cable are options. See page 55 for order. Source Selection Menu pointer Closes the source selection menu. 25
