Q: I have problems using SMS/text messages on my phone. A: Enter the correct SMS/text message settings. If you have problems sending or receiving text messages on your phone, some of your phone settings are probably incorrect. The settings are different for different operators, contact your network operator for the correct SMS service centre setting. Error messages Insert SIM card Your SIM card is not inserted correctly or may be damaged or dirty.
