Quick Start Guide Recording a picture (p. 20) 1 Remove the lens cap. Viewing a picture with the viewfinder Close the LCD panel, and pull out the viewfinder. 3 Press OPEN to open the LCD panel. The picture appears on the screen. When you purchase your camcorder, the clock setting is set to off. If you want to record the date and time for a picture, set the clock setting before recording (p. 16). 2 Set the POWER switch to CAMERA while pressing the small green button. POWER R LOCK VC OFF (CHG) M CAM EREAM O RY 4 Press START/STOP. Your camcorder starts recording. To stop recording, press START/STOP again.
