60i(*)/50i(**): This is an ordinary setting for AVCHD movies. 60p(*)/50p(**): You can record movies with a volume of data twice that of 60i(*), 50i(**) or 30p(*) per unit time. When you play a movie recorded with this setting on a TV, the TV must be compatible with 60p(*) or 50p(**) movie playback. 30p(*): It is recommended that you record movies with this setting using a tripod. 24p(*)/25p(**) You can record movies which provide an atmosphere closer to that of film images with this setting. It is recommended that you record movies with this setting using a tripod. *Models with the NTSC color system **Models with the PAL color system Note The media that the recorded images can be saved on will depend on the recording mode that has been set during recording. How to Use Menu operations Image Quality/Size Dual Video REC You can set the dual recording mode (recording an MP4 movie during movie recording) to on or off. 1. - [Image Quality/Size] - [Dual Video REC] - desired setting. Descriptions of menu items On : Records an MP4 movie while recording a 4K movie (FDR-AX100/FDR-AX100E) or HD movie. Off (default setting): Does not record an MP4 movie while recording an HD movie.
