You can trim & play a desired area of image recorded in the movie format [ The trimmed image is played in high definition image quality. XAVC S 4K]. 1. Switch the input on the TV to the connected jack. - [Setup] - [ Connection] - [HDMI Resolution] - desired setting. [HDMI Resolution]: For a 4K TV: [Auto](*), [2160p/1080p](*), [1080p], [1080i], [720p] For a high definition TV: [Auto], [1080p], [1080i], [720p] *A black screen appears for a few seconds when you enable/disable the Trimming Playback function. 2. Connect the HDMI cable ( ) (supplied) to the HDMI OUT jack ( ) on this product and to the HDMI input jack ( ) on the TV. 3. While playing a movie, with the (trimming) button, select the area you want to trim. Note You cannot use the Trimming Playback function only on the LCD monitor of this product.
