ZOOM side: You can adjust the zoom manually by rotating the lens ring. FOCUS side: You can adjust the focus by rotating the lens ring. How to Use Recording Useful functions for recording Magnifying the image to obtain better manual focus (Focus Magnifier) Magnify the image you are currently recording whether the object is in focus. 1. Press the FOCUS MAGNIFIER button, and then touch the part you want to magnify. The marks appear on the top/bottom/right/left sides of the center of the magnified part. 2. Touch one of the marks to move the image in the direction you want. Hint Each time you press the FOCUS MAGNIFIER button, the magnification scaling changes as follows: Movies: between ×1 → ×2 → ×4 → Off Photos: between ×1 → ×6.3 → ×12.6 → Off Note Even though the image displayed on this product has been magnified, the recorded image is not magnified. When the focus is set to manual, you can adjust the focus when displaying a magnified image on the LCD monitor.
