Symptom The operation indicator does not light. "MEMORY FULL" is displayed and you cannot start recording. "FILE FULL" is displayed and you cannot operate the IC recorder. You cannot add a recording or an overwrite recording. Recording is interrupted. Remedy  "LED" is set to "OFF" (page 53). Display the menu and set "LED" to "ON".  The memory is full. Erase some of the messages (page 43) or erase all lthe messages after you store them on your computer.  999 messages have been recorded in the selected folder or 1012 messages (when there are 5 folders) in total have been recorded. Therefore you cannot record another message, or move or divide a message. Erase some of the messages (page 43) or erase all the messages after you store them on your computer.  As a factory setting, "ADD/OVER" in the menu is set to "OFF." Display the menu and change "ADD/OVER" to "ADD" or "OVER" (page 53).  The remaining memory capacity is insufficient. The overwritten part will be deleted after the overwriting part finishes recording. Therefore, you can only overwrite within the remaining recording time.  You cannot add a recording or an overwrite recording to MP3 files.  The advanced VOR function (page 26) is activated.
