Introduction Connecting your TV Using the Remote Control Setting the timer (sleep timer) You can set the sleep timer so the TV turns off automatically. To set the sleep timer: 1. Press TIMER (or MENU then yz) to display the CUSTOM menu. TIMER will be highlighted. 2. Press ENTER to start the timer. To cancel the sleep timer: Press POWER twice, once to turn the TV off, and once to turn it on again. Setting the clock To set the clock: 1. Press MENU, then press x or • until the SET UP menu appears. 2. Press y or z to highlight CLOCK SET. 3. After the number position starts to blink, press the Number buttons (0-9) to enter the correct time. Press ENTER to start the clock. To display the time on-screen: Press RECALL. Note : If you want to see how much time remains before the shut-off time, press TIMER once. The remaining time will be displayed. To erase the display, press EXIT.
