PREPARATION PREPARATION Initial Settings Using On-screen Display Language selection must be set first when the VCR is first plugged in, or after it encounters a power failure. You can also easily make necessary settings using the on-screen displays. If you made the Audio/Video connection (page 11), set to "MANU". To change the language, move down here and set to the desired one. With "ON" set, you can see the station ID and program title displayed on TV. Press STOP repeatedly to go to screen 2 of SET UP page for more features. To exit, press PROG. (Continued) 15
