For instructions on viewing the Caller ID data, see page 35. 1) Press call id/menu (call id on the base). Select the phone number to be stored from the Caller ID list by pressing the volume up or down key ( / / /volume or / / /select/volume). 2) Press memory (mem on the base). You can not store a Caller ID message if no phone number appears in the message. 3) Enter a number (0 - 9) or press the volume up or down key ( / / /volume or / / /select/volume) to select the memory location to be stored. 4) Press select/int'com (set on the base).
