2-2-2 Using Windows Zero Configuration Windows XP and Vista has a built-in wireless network configuration utility, called as 'Windows Zero Configuration' (WZC). You can also use WZC to configure your wireless network parameter: 1. Right-click WPD-100 utility icon and select 'Use Zero Configuration as Configuration utility'. 2. Right click Windows Zero Configuration icon and select 'View Available Wireless Networks'. If you can not find the icon, please follow the procedures from step 3 to step 5. 3. Go to 'Control Panel' and access to 'Network and Internet Connections'. 4. Click 'Network Connections'. 5. Right-click 'Wireless Network Connection' (it may have a number as suffix if you have more than one wireless network card, please make sure you right-click the 'ViewSonic WPD-100 Wireless LAN Card), then select 'View Available Wireless Networks'. 2-2-2 Using Windows Zero Configuration
Windows XP and Vista has a built-in wireless network configuration utility,
called as ‘Windows Zero Configuration’ (WZC). You can also use WZC to
configure your wireless network parameter:
1. Right-click WPD-100 utility icon and select ‘Use Zero Configuration as
Configuration utility’.
2. Right click Windows Zero Configuration icon and select ‘View Available
Wireless Networks’. If you can not find the icon, please follow the
procedures from step 3 to step 5.
3. Go to ‘Control Panel’ and access to ‘Network and Internet Connections’.
4. Click ‘Network Connections’.
5. Right-click ‘Wireless Network Connection’ (it may have a number as suffix if
you have more than one wireless network card, please make sure you
right-click the ‘ViewSonic WPD-100 Wireless LAN Card), then select ‘View
Available Wireless Networks’.
