RESETTING YOUR DRIVE AND PASSWORD 1. In the Restore Factory Settings section, you have the following options:  System Only: Note: To perform a system and disk restore, the battery level must be at least 25%. Changes all administrative settings back to their default values, returns the administrator password to none, and renames the drive to MyPassport. Your content remains intact.  System and Disk: Note: To perform a system and disk restore, the drive must be plugged into AC power and the battery level must be at least 25%.
