Copying files/folders The following methods are available. These are the same as conventional copy operations on your computer. 1. Copying files/folders between different volumes (media) ● Drag a file/folder to be copied and drop it to another volume icon or folder (destination). n If you use a Macintosh computer, you can double-click the volume or folder to open the sub-window. 2-1 Copying the file/folder to another directory within a volume (media) ● Drag the desired file/folder while holding the [Ctrl] key ([option] key if you are using a Macintosh) and drop it in the destination directory. 2-2 Duplicating the file/folder within a folder ● Select a file/folder to be copied and click the right mouse button with the mouse and select "Copy" from the pop-up menu. If using a Macintosh computer, select a file/folder to be copied while holding the [control] key and select "Duplicate" from the pop-up menu. Windows Macintosh 16
