English TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Cause Solution The handsfree function is not available. The connecting device does not support HFP or HSP. Use a device that supports HFP or HSP. When a handsfree-ready device is connected via Bluetooth connection, its ringtone cannot be heard from this unit. The audio output of the device is not set to this unit. Select this unit for the audio output by operating the device. USB Problem No sound. Cause The connecting device is not targeted at this unit. A cable is connected to the AUX. Solution Change the target of the connecting device to this unit (NX-P100 Yamaha). When a cable is connected to the AUX, the playback from the AUX will take precedence. Remove the cable from the AUX. Others Problem Cause The power of the unit is turned off unexpectedly. The auto power off function was activated.
