3. Remove the nut that holds down the spare tire. See Compact Spare Tire on page 5-80 4. Remove the spare tire by placing your hands at the four and eight o'clock positions. Gently pull it up and out of the trunk. 5. Remove the wing nut that holds the jack and remove the jack and wheel wrench. Uplevel Models 1. Open the trunk. See Trunk on page 2-9 for more information. Uplevel Model 2. Lift the trunk liner and place the plastic hook in the lip of the trunk lid. 5-72
