Stop your vehicle by applying the reg~11;~I brakes. Apply the parking brake. Shift t o PARK (P) ( o r t o NEUTRAL ( N ) w i t h the manual transmission) and, while still braking. restart the engine. Shif't back t o a l o w gear, release the parking brake. and drive straight down. if the engine won't start, get out m d gct help. Driving Across an Incline Sooner or later, an off-road trail w i l l probably go m - o s s the incline of a hill. if this happens, yo^^ have t o decide whether to try t o drive across the inc!int..
