Door Locks To lock your door from the inside, slide the lever o n your inside door rearward. Unlocked doors can be dangerous. Passengers especially children can easily fall open the doors and out. When a dooris locked, the inside handlewon't open it. an Outsiders can easily enter through unlocked door when you slow down stop your or vehicle. so This may not be obvious: You increase the chance of being thrown out the vehicle in a of crash if the doors aren't locked. Wear safety belts properly, lock your doors, and will be far you better off whenever you drive yourvehicle. -- -- To unlock the door, slide the lever on your inside door forward.
