THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR VEHICLE 73 • Being too close to the SAB and SABIC air bags during deployment could cause you to be severely injured or killed. • Should a vehicle rollover occur, the pretensioners and/or SAB and SABIC air bags on both sides of the vehicle may deploy. The system includes side impact sensors that are calibrated to deploy the Supplemental Seat-Mounted Side Air Bags and SABIC air bags during impacts that require side air bag occupant protection. Supplemental Side Air Bag Inflatable Curtain (SABIC) Label Location 2 NOTE: • Air Bag covers may not be obvious in the interior trim, but they will open during air bag deployment.
