MAINTENANCE Clutch Lubricate Clutch Lever 1. Remove the operator 's seat. 2. Remove the front and rear fuel tank screws. 3. Raise the rear of the fuel tank high enough to expose the clutch cable. Support the rear of the fuel tank with a block of wood. 4. Slide the rubber cover off the cable adjuster, and loosen the adjuster jam nut. 5. Turn the cable adjuster all the way in. 6. Remove clutch lever pivot nut and screw. 7. Disconnect the clutch cable from the clutch lever. 8. Remove any old grease and dirt from the clutch lever and lever housing. 9. Lubricate the clutch lever and lever pivot screw with Victory All Purpose Grease or equivalent. 10. Reconnect the clutch cable and reinstall the clutch lever, lever pivot screw, and nut. Torque: 40 in-lbs (5 Nm) 11. Adjust clutch freeplay. 105

MAINTENANCE
Clutch
Lubricate Clutch Lever
1.
Remove the operator’s seat.
2.
Remove the front and rear fuel tank screws.
3.
Raise the rear of the fuel tank high enough to expose the clutch cable. Support the rear of the fuel tank with a
block of wood.
4.
Slide the rubber cover off the cable adjuster, and loosen the adjuster jam nut.
5.
Turn the cable adjuster all the way in.
6.
Remove clutch lever pivot nut and screw.
7.
Disconnect the clutch cable from the clutch lever.
8.
Remove any old grease and dirt from the clutch lever and lever housing.
9.
Lubricate the clutch lever and lever pivot screw with Victory All Purpose Grease or equivalent.
10.
Reconnect the clutch cable and reinstall the clutch lever, lever pivot screw, and nut.
Torque: 40 in-lbs (5 Nm)
11.
Adjust clutch freeplay.
