MAINTENANCE Lubrication Driveshaft Bearing Inject grease into the fitting on the speedometer sensor housing until grease purges from the seal on the inside of the tunnel. This should take approximately two pumps. Do not use more than four pumps. + Throttle Cable Lubricate the throttle cable lightly with grease or oil. With the engine off, turn the handlebars to the left and lubricate liberally as shown. Front Suspension + The front suspension and steering components do not require lubrication. Rear Suspension Lubricate the suspension pivot shafts with Polaris Premium All Season Grease at the intervals outlined in the Periodic Maintenance Table beginning on page 88 and before seasonal storage. When operating in heavy, wet snow conditions, lubricate every 500 miles (800 km). Lack of lubrication will adversely affect your ride and the life of the suspension. Lubrication
Driveshaft Bearing

Throttle Cable
Lubricate the throttle cable lightly with
grease or oil. With the engine off, turn
the handlebars to the left and lubricate
liberally as shown.
Front Suspension
The front suspension and steering components do not require
lubrication.
Rear Suspension
Lubricate the suspension pivot shafts with Polaris Premium All Season
Grease at the intervals outlined in the Periodic Maintenance Table
beginning on page 88 and before seasonal storage. When operating in
heavy, wet snow conditions, lubricate every 500 miles (800 km).
Lack of lubrication will adversely affect your ride and the life of the
