This engine is certified to be emission compliant for 1000 hours of use. Your Warranty Rights and Obligations The California Air Resources Board and Polaris Industries Inc., 2100 Highway 55, Medina, Minnesota 55340 (herein "POLARIS") are pleased to explain the emission control system warranty on your 2005 and later Large Spark Ignition Engine (herein "LSI engine"). "The California Air Resources Board has designated this engine for this vehicle as an LSI engine which produces 25 and greater horsepower and the vehicle has a six (6) or four (4)-wheel drive and/or a round steering wheel." In California, this LSI engine must be designed, built and equipped to meet the state's stringent anti-smog standards. Polaris must warrant the emission control system on your LSI engine for the period of time described below, provided there has been no abuse, neglect or improper maintenance of your LSI engine. Your emission control system includes parts such as the carburetor and the ignition system. Also included may be hoses, connectors and other emission-related assemblies. Where a warrantable condition exists, POLARIS will repair your LSI engine at no cost to you, including diagnosis, parts and labor. Manufacturer's Warranty Coverage: The 2005 and later LSI engines are warranted for two (2) years. If any emission related part on your LSI engine is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by POLARIS. 119

Your Warranty Rights and Obligations
The California Air Resources Board and Polaris Industries Inc., 2100 Highway 55,
