Adjustable Steering Wheel The steering wheel can be tilted upward or downward for rider preference. Lift and hold the adjustment lever toward you while moving the steering wheel upward or downward. Release the lever when the steering wheel is at the desired position. FEATURES AND CONTROLS Brake Pedal Depress the brake pedal to slow or stop the vehicle. Apply the brakes while starting the engine. Throttle Pedal Push the pedal down to increase engine speed. Spring pressure returns the pedal to the rest position when released. Always check that the throttle pedal returns normally before starting the engine. Make sure there's adequate throttle pedal freeplay. See page 89 for throttle pedal adjustment procedures.
