FEATURES AND CONTROLS Fuel Cap Never allow a child to refuel or handle gasoline. The fuel tank filler cap is located on the right-hand side of the vehicle near the passenger seat. When refueling, always use either leaded or unleaded gasoline with a minimum pump octane number of 87 R+M/2 octane. Do not use fuel with ethanol content greater than 10 percent, such as E-85 fuel. Fuel Valve Fuel Cap Fuel Valve The fuel valve is located on the left side of the vehicle near the fuel cap. It has three settings. OFF: For vehicle storage and when transporting. ON: For normal operation. RES: For reserve supply if main supply is exhausted. The reserve setting allows operation for approximately 7-10 miles (1116 km). Always refill the gas tank as soon as possible after using the main supply. Always return the valve to the ON position after refueling. 31
