OPERATION Driving Downhill 25° Maximum When driving downhill, follow these precautions: 1. Avoid steep hills (25° maximum). 2. Shift body weight uphill. 3. Drive straight downhill. 4. Slow down. Excessive speed when traveling downhill can cause loss of control. 5. Squeeze the rear (left) brake lever gradually.
