Programme charts 19 PROGRAMME CHARTS Auto cook & auto defrost charts Auto cook Beverage (Tea/Coffee) Weight (increasing unit) / Utensils 1-6 cups 1 cup = 200 ml Button Procedure • Place cup towards edge of turntable. x1 Boiled and 0,2 - 1,0 kg (100 g) jacket potatoes Bowl and lid Grill skewers 0,2 - 0,8 kg (100 g) High rack Gratinated fish fillet Grilled chicken 0,5 kg - 1,5 kg * (100 g) Gratin dish Low rack 0,9 kg - 1,8 kg (100 g) Flan dish Low rack Gratin 0,5 - 1,5 kg * (100 g) Gratin dish Low rack Boiled Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them into similar sized pieces. x2 Jacket Potatoes: Choose potatoes of similar size and wash them. • Put the boiled or jacket potatoes in a bowl. • Add the required amount of water (per 100 g), approx 2 tbsp and a little salt. • Cover with a lid. • When audible bell sounds, stir and re-cover. • After cooking, stand for approx. 2 min. • See recipe for "Grill skewers" on page 21. • Place on the high rack and cook. x3 • When audible bell sounds, turn over. • After cooking, remove and put on a plate for serving. (No standing time necessary.) • See recipes for "Gratinated fish fillet" on page 21-22. x4 * Total weight of all ingredients. • Mix together 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper and spread on the chicken. x5 • Pierce the skin of the chicken. • Put chicken breast side down in a flan dish. • Place on the low rack and cook. • When audible bell sounds, turn over. • After cooking, leave for approx. 3 min in the oven, remove and put on a plate for serving. • See recipes for "Gratin" on page 22. x6 * Total weight of all ingredients. Important: Chilled foods are cooked from 5 oC, frozen foods are cooked from -18 oC.
