USER GUIDE 12.6 12.6.1 12.6.2 68 Inquiry Inquiry means placing an ongoing call on hold, and then calling a new party. Note: This feature needs to be configured in the WinPDM or CPDM3. Please contact the system administrator. To make an inquiry to a third party during an ongoing call, do the following: 1. Press More during the call. 2. Select New call and press Select. Note: If New call does not appear when you press More, it is possible to press R and dial the third party to initiate the inquiry. 3. Dial the third party's phone number and press . Inquiry
Inquiry means placing an ongoing call on hold, and then calling a new
party.
Note:
This feature needs to be configured in the WinPDM or CPDM3.
Please contact the system administrator.
To make an inquiry to a third party during an ongoing call, do the
following:

during the call.
