Industry Solutions for Hotels The communication portal OpenCom 1000 already offers a large number of integrated hotel functions with a user interface on the system phone. User-friendly services for guests and staff can greatly enhance your hotel's appeal. At the same time, the effectiveness of all processes are improved with its electronic integration of reservation and information systems as well as precise cost control. By activating the message LED on the room telephone, the message waiting function allows the guest to be informed about incoming messages at reception or of voicemails received. Furthermore, text messages can be read directly on the system phone display. The language of the text displayed on the guest's room ­telephone can be set via the browser when the guest checks in. Possible wake-up or alert calls are then automatically ­displayed in the guest's language, when the guest is checking all his personal and room data. This way, you can guarantee your guests not only have an attractive telephony and service offer, but also the confidentiality of phone data.
