2.8.3 Removing the Slim type optical drive (optional) This server system supports Slim type optical disk drives. To remove or uninstall the slim type optical disk drive: 1. Locate the optical drive eject latch at the rear of the front cover. 2. Press the optical drive eject latch to the right (A) then push the slim type optical drive toward the front panel (B). Removing the Slim type optical drive (optional)
This server system supports Slim type optical disk drives.
To remove or uninstall the slim type optical disk drive:
1.
Locate the optical drive eject latch at the rear of the front cover.
2.
Press the optical drive eject latch to the right (A) then push the slim type optical drive
toward the front panel (B).
Use both hands in performing this step.
