this product that has been purchased from an authorized

dealer, that should this

any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in

material or workmanship within 1 year from the original date

of

purchase, such defects

will be replaced

or

repaired (at the Company's option) without charge for parts and

repair labor.

To obtain repair

or

replacement within the terms

of

this warranty the product is to

be

delivered with

proof

of

warranty coverage (e.g. dated bill

of

sale), specification

of

defect (s), transportation prepaid, to the Company at the address shown below.

Costs incurred for installation,

removal or reinstallation

of

the product; Damage to accessories, or electrical systems;

Damage caused

by

accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; Damage

occurring during shipment; Damage resulting from improper repairs. This warranty

does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is void

if

the serial number is removed. THE EXTENT OF THE
