Eliminating minor faults yourself Before you call customer service: - Please check whether you can eliminate the fault yourself based on the following information. - Run an appliance self-test (see Appliance self-test). To switch off the condensation heating:
press the switch to “0”.
The interior light is not

The light switch for the freezer or
refrigerator compartment is sticking.
Check whether the light switch can
move.
