Cause and troubleshooting ▶ Only remove large remnants of food and do not pre-rinse dishware. ▶ Adjust the sensitivity of the sensors. → "Sensors", Page 10 Tall narrow containers in corner areas are not rinsed out adequately. ▶ Do not position tall narrow containers at too great an angle or in corner areas. Upper rack on right and left not set to same height. ▶ Set the upper rack on the left and right to the same height. → "Upper rack", Page 18 Detergent residue in Lid of the detergent dispenser is blocked by items the appliance of dishware and will not open. 1. Arrange dishware in the upper rack so the tab collecting tray is not obstructed by dishware. → "Loading dishware", Page 28 Items of dishware are blocking the dispenser lid. 2. Do not place dishware or fragrance dispensers in the tab collecting tray. The lid of the detergent dispenser is blocked by the tab and will not open. ▶ Position the tab in the detergent dispenser crosswise, not vertically. Tabs are used in the quick or short cycle. There is not enough time for the tab to dissolve. ▶ Select a more intensive Wash cycle or use Powder detergent. Detergent may lose its cleaning or dissolving ability after being stored a long time, or the detergent is clumped together. ▶ Change your Detergent. 48
