T roubleshooting PROBLEM WHAT TO DO Frames don't respond to touch control Make sure you are touching the correct touch surface (see page 21). Make sure your hands are dry. If your hair is wet, make sure it isn't interfering with the touch surface. If wearing gloves, remove them before tapping the touch control surface.
